2022 marked a huge milestone for us here at Artesian Spas UK as we celebrated 20 years of distribution throughout UK & Europe. As a family-managed business who have been in the industry since the late 90’s, hot tubs run deep within our roots, and we’d love to share our passion for hot tubs with you.
It all began back in 1998 when Rob Stirland, and wife Val, embarked on a journey into the wet leisure industry setting up a small hot tub showroom in Doncaster. Spotting a gap in the market for a high-end product, it was in 2002 that Rob chose Artesian Spas after a visit to their factory in the USA.
After rapid growth we moved to a purpose-built showroom and distribution centre allowing for further expansion in our years to come.
In 2009 Rob’s daughter, Victoria along with husband Simon and business partner Gareth, became the new Directors of Artesian Spas allowing Rob & Val to enjoy a well-deserved retirement.
During the last decade we have proudly remained focused on product integrity, quality and customer service offering the most powerful yet energy efficient hot tub range available today.
Founded in 1993, Las Vegas Nevada, Artesian Spas’ founding partners had one goal in mind, to provide customers with the best quality hot tubs and spas, an array of features, and the greatest range of products. With over 100 years of combined hot tub and spa manufacturing experience, they worked together to create Artesian Spas.
Artesian Spas did not become the best in their craft simply overnight, they did so by focusing on people and how they could improve their everyday lives. They recognized that the way of life today is more stressful and pressuring than it was many years ago. Everyday life for many people is accompanied by; tension headaches, back pain, stress, and diabetes. The list of things in our daily life that cause us discomfort, stress, or anxiety, is only growing longer every day.
Artesian Spas has an enviable reputation amongst the world’s leading manufacturers of Hot Tubs, providing customers with the highest level of quality, innovation, energy-efficiency, and customer support. Manufacturing first began at the original factory in Victorville, California, before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2005. Since the move to the new facilities, Artesian have expanded year on year.
Artesian Spas’ founding partners came together with one uniting goal: to provide the best quality hot tubs and spas, the most features, and the greatest range of products.
In 1994, Artesian Spas launched its first hot tub model, the La Paz. The intimate design held a special place in the company’s heart. If the specifications are compared to Artesian Spas’ models today, there remain subtle hints.
In collaboration with Alston Construction, Artesian Spas built a new home. This manufacturing facility is located in North Las Vegas, measuring up to 100,124 square feet.
Artesian welcomed the dealer network to the new manufacturing facilities. This year saw their expansion grow into over 45 countries worldwide.
Artesian made a breakthrough in innovation as the brand-new Platinum Elite line with the patented DirectFlow® Technology was launched.
This was a huge year for manufacturing as Artesian introduced the South Seas line as well as the very first TidalFit Exercise Pool, which made a big waves throughout the hot tub industry.
The Garden Spas line soon followed as Artesian added another 4 spas to their growing product line.
Following the huge success of their newly remodelled South Seas Spas range, Artesian Spas took another step in developing the next unique spa design and launched the newly remodelled Island Class.
After making waves with their first TidalFit swim spa, Artesian expanded the line with 4 new models including the first 16ft TidalFit Exercise Pool with Hydraulic Propulsion.
Artesian launched the redesign of the top of the range Platinum Elite Class which included even more innovation, quality craftsmanship and high-end upgrades.
Artesian Spas released their patented TidalFit DTL Dual Temp, an L-shaped dual-temperature swim spa that meets needs the needs of both swimmers and hot tub lovers.
Artesian Spas revealed its latest hot tub line, the Artesian Elite, at the PSP Expo in Las Vegas. Previously known as the Platinum Elite spa, the newly remodelled line is now home to some incredible new features such as the 24” AllegroFall, Bellagio Waterfalls and a curved design with a raised back.
Artesian Spas saw phenomenal growth in 2020 and 2021 and with this came an expansion into a 34,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility to maximize the efficiency of their Distribution Department, as well as occupying their 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility close by.
